For any maintenance please call 333-2779. The service is provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Regular hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. If you call after regular hours you will be directed to a pager where you can leave your telephone number and somebody will call you in less than 10 minutes. Please call after regular hours for emergencies only. You can also place your maintenance request on-line. Just go to http://www.housing.uiuc.edu/online/current/workorder.htm

Parking
There is no charge to register your vehicle or bike. You can register your vehicle for a parking spot on line. Just go to www.housing.uiuc.edu, click on "Service desk" and then on "Online Resources for current residents". After registering, you can pick up your parking permit at Campus Parking, 1110 West Springfield.
You will receive ID stickers for your bicycle in the OD welcome package. You need to place the sticker in your bike every year. After October 15th of each year, bicycles without current stickers will be removed from bicycle racks.
